JIRUNG'S HEALING SPA TREATMENTS
The classical elements of Earth, Water Air and Fire as perceived by ancient civilizations find a place in Thailand's traditional healing methods. Minerals and oils from Mother Earth, hydrotherapy with mountain water, oxygenation through correct posture and breathing, and heat generated by massage and thermal treatments. This combination provides a perfect four-fold balance, and these elements are the pillars which support our principles of natural healing, the rejuvenation of the body's cells, and harmony of the inner self.
According to Thai Traditional Medicine, and in addition to enjoying healthy food and exercise, a fundamental method of restoring body balance is a therapeutic massage technique using herbal compresses and herbal bathing and other signature (exclusive) treatments.
