Portico 21 Hotel, Kotchasarn Road - Chiang Mai is located in a quiet yet central spot in downtown Chiang Mai - Northern Thailand. Portico 21 Hotel is provided with all modern amenities: we offer clean, quiet and affordable accommodations in the heart of downtown Chiang Mai - Northern Thailand, with a touch of design. We offered comfortable guestrooms with well equipped and modern designed in all guestrooms. Most accommodations featured twin single beds, whilst a few have double beds, bedding & mattresses are of European standards for comfortable. All accommodations have personal designed by individually en-suite bathrooms and benefits from unobstructed views of the old capital of Northern Thailand. Each an accommodation is air-conditioned and well furnished in a functional, contemporary style.

A few guestrooms offer a good direct view of Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, the mountain-top Temple overlooking Chiang Mai.

Complimentary continental breakfast is provided in an open-space area equipped with the latest in audio & video entertainment; breakfast time is 07:00AM to 09:30AM.
We provide a free Wi-Fi in the lobby and every rooms.
For your security our premises are covered by a 24h CCTV system, and we have after-hours security personnel.
Our building in spread over 4 floors including ground floors without an elevator therefore, it might not be suitable for people with walking  difficulties.
Unfortunately we cannot provide parking facilities; guests are also politely advised that our property offers very few attractions to young children  and it might prove unsuitable for them.
