The Saimoonbury Resort & Restaurant is the place to stay, eat and be seen in Chaiprakarn. With a charming lakeside location, the attractive guest rooms and chic restaurant are proving the most popular place in town - and a regular venue for weddings and parties. The modern bedrooms are all en-suite and air-conditioned. The restaurant offers the option of dining indoors or 'al-fresco' at the waters edge or on the waterfall terrace, with a menu which combines the most traditional of thai cuisine with innovative new dishes to satisfy all appetites and palates, all complimented by the best of wines. Dinner is served between 4pm and 11pm every day. The Saimoonbury also boasts it's own coffee shop - Coffee-Hi - situated close to the entrance to the property and offering the best beverages and pastries in town.
