We are a boutique homestay offering you luxury Thai accommodation with all modern amenities, set in secluded and peaceful tropical gardens,only minutes from central Chiang Mai. The compound comprises accommodation in two traditional wooden homes and eight bungalows,offering 12 rooms with en suites, luxuriously appointed with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with choice of shower , large spa baths or whirlpool Jacuzzis. The rooms feature real Thai antique furniture or high quality reproductions, teak wood floors and tasteful Thai artwork. We also have our very special open floor bedroom Thai villa with it’s own kitchen and separate living room. Additionally there is the central Thai style clubhouse where breakfast is served. Here you can enjoy tea and coffee, surf the internet on our Wi–Fi hi speed connection and just generally relax in style.. We also offer 48 Channel cable TV and 3G phone connectivity. There are many cafes and restaurants just outside for local dining.
Rooms range from less than 1,000 THB up to 4,000 THB for your own private Thai style one bedroom villa with it’s own kitchen and separate living room area. We provide complimentary breakfasts, complimentary airport transfers, can arrange taxis, Tuk Tuks and car and motorbike rentals. We also have our own bicycles which you can use to explore the immediate area.
Our guests include short stay backpackers looking for a little luxury, couples on romantic getaways, to those keen to stay in natural surrounds but be close to the City centre. Our two storey villa situated with it’s own large private terrace right in front of the swimming pool is the ultimate accommodation to combine modern comfort with Thai style and is well suited to extended stays
On the ground floor are the kitchen with large fridge, a bathroom featured outdoor shower/moonlight bathtub and spacious living and garden dining area.
The bedroom and another bathroom are located on the upper floor. The king size bed is set on the high polished teakfloor in a room where traditional Thai word craft meets colourful luxury. There is also amenities include air con, 48 channel cable TV and a safe .

We are happy to simply assist you on travel plan, excursions, shopping advice etc.
Taxi or Tuk -Tuk calling service are also available. There will be no pressure for you to buy any thing. Our owner is a world traveler ( 70 plus countries) who understand the needs of fellow travelers.
Dinner All our food are freshly cooked . We will go to the market in early afternoon to cook your pre order dinner served in that evening
Cooking night. Some evening we have staff cooking day. We cook for fun and also for the love of food. You can join us at reasonable fixed price buffet style.
We offer airport transfer and can arrange car van or motorbike rental. We also offer bicycles for you to explore lovely neighborhood and farther afield of you are feeling energetic!
