THe hotel room has not been swept before I arrived. I was disappointed that there was no welcoming fruit bowl and the beds were not turned down at night. The public fascilities were good |

Beautiful Hotel, the service is great and surroundings beatiful. We have stayed at the Marriott four times and never disappointed, local phones calls very expensive and a shock when we checked out but next time will know not to use the phone.
We will be back next year!! |
Excellent service was very pleased with the correspondence and prompt service |

An oasis of peace & sobriety in a town where almost every nook & cranny hides seed and vice of some sort. A good international 5-star standard hotel. Good breakfast, although they couldn t make a decent cup of tea. Reasonable pool. Very conveniently located for those wishing to make the most of Walking Street s attractions. It looked to be the best establishment in the area although from the occasional clippety-clop of high heels in the corridors, they weren t too fussy about guests bringing guests to their rooms either. The size, layout & atmosphere make it a good choice both for families and single gentlemen. BTW, good restaurants in Pattaya are few and far between. The Vientianne on Walking Street and Hopf Haus near the hotel were exceptions to the rule. |
Efficient. Will use again. |

This is the first time we stayed with the Marriott group of hotels and we were delighted to stay at the Pattaya Marriott. It s central to everything you need around the city but at the same time very tranquil and beautiful within the hotel grounds. We found the service and hospitality extremely refreshing after our 12 month stint living in eastern Russia, nothing was too much trouble. The spa treatments we enjoyed were wonderful and the shopping excellent. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Pattaya. |
Very good service as I changed the booking more than once at short notice. Thankyou for your good service and patience. |

Superb. Accomodation first rate (as you meight expect from a hotel chain of this calibar). Bedrooms are of reasonable size, clean with good standard modern fitments. Food in restuarant reasonable. Hotel located in a good central position. |

Everything was perfect: location, service, EXCEPT for the bed which was very uncomfortable. The mattress was probably OK, but it sat on a wooden platform with no springs. |
