well trained staff. hotel very neat ,but i think the rooms can do with some upgrading eg. bathrooms. also some live music in the restuarant. i had a good time in the north for a change. i ll be back

Nice rooms, friendly service; the surrounding is a bit dissapointing.

Good and efficient; please change your cancellation policy (a full roomnight charge is quite tough, when you cancel mor than one month before check in.

This is te second time I stayed in this hotel. I was here for 3 weeks. Its a great location, close to the beach and the shopping mall. During the night it is somehow noisy because of the bars arround, but no problem for me. The hotel is excellent, good breakfast nice and clean rooms end spacious balcony.
The staff is friendly and so is the visitors policy. The massage or all arround but opposite the hotel is een excellent massage and nextdoor a very good laundry. So all my needs for a nice and relaxt holiday were arround

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was large and my room had a bath and a separate shower. The breakfast was buffet style with many options. The staff were welcoming from the reception to the housekeeping. The pool is clean. I would definitely use again

We had a very pleasnat stay at this hotel . Very close to the beach and good staff. Quiet area . Good for family with kids. Nice and clean rooms and bathroom . Cuation : Be careful about the room keys. The fine is THB 1000 ! - rather high. We misplaced one key but found it later.

For the price you can’t go wrong. Have stayed in this hotel many times and have tried a variety of rooms. All large and well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good near the beach and only 5 minutes on the baht bus to all the action. Breakfast is ok but didn’t really make it most mornings.
